Control Tower Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to serve as the primary liaison between our warehouse operations and our client. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, timely data entry, and efficient coordination of shipping documentation and client interactions.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between the warehouse and the client.
• Manage all client communications, including emails and phone calls.
• Relay accurate and timely information between the client and warehouse teams.
• Assist in resolving operational challenges and removing barriers to service.
• Input Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare and organize documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
• Host and support client visits—both scheduled and unscheduled—to the warehouse.
• Supervise a small team of associates responsible for ASN data entry.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Prior experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
