Customer Service Rep III

An opportunity is available for a Customer Service Representative III position at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE) in Paterson, Washington. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual responsible for reviewing and processing distributor wine orders, ensuring accuracy and timely shipment. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work remotely for 2-3 days a week, allowing for a flexible work schedule while maintaining collaboration and productivity.

Customer Service Representative III job responsibilities include:

• Review and process distributor wine orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure timely shipment of orders by monitoring sales order status.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to shipping, inventory, or order corrections.
• Maintain knowledge of SMWE products and customer service functions to provide comprehensive support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate container movements, export documentation, and pricing updates.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service or administrative support experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English is required.
• Ability to work in a self-motivated environment.
• History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct.

Your Compensation: 

$20.68-$26.87/hr. based upon relevant experience.
