<h2>The future looks like you</h2> <p>Here at C&amp;A we’re embracing the transformation taking place across the retail sector, whilst also ensuring we don’t lose sight of our heritage.</p> <p>“Let’s build the future together - the best is yet to come”</p> <p>People are intrinsic to our transformation mission, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have the opportunity to attract, recruit and select top talent for roles within the Operations area of our Dusseldorf Head Office, ensuring a consistent and high-level experience for all involved.</p> <h2>Your responsibilities</h2> <p>Develop clear and successful data-driven hiring strategies for business areas including Sourcing, Sustainability, Logistics and Supply Chain.</p> <p>· Develop and implement strong selection capabilities that deliver high quality hires, ensuring an inclusive hiring process and a consistent and compelling candidate experience.</p> <p>· Implement various sourcing strategies for candidates, leveraging existing talent acquisition channels and exploring new sourcing opportunities in order to build talent pipelines and pools.</p> <p>· Effectively manage the applicable recruitment processes, which may include; writing job ads, source candidates, screen CV's, conduct candidate screenings and selection interviews, organising assessments and negotiate offers with candidates.</p> <h2>What you bring</h2> <p>To be successful in this role your profile should include a blend of the following:</p> <p>· Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment at an enterprise scale, a combination of agency and corporate recruitment is preferred.</p> <p>· Knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies and proactive candidate engagement</p> <p>· Track record of delivery in an enterprise-scale matrix environment, with an understanding of business and organizational evolution</p> <p>· A data-driven approach to Talent Acquisition, with clear examples of using insights and facts to advise and influence key stakeholders</p> <p>· Ability to structure, plan, implement and monitor talent Acquisition strategies</p> <h2>What we offer</h2> <p><em>Click here to edit</em></p>
