JOB SUMMARY: Serves as primary system administrator for Facility Operations financial and data management systems. Responsible for research, analysis, design, and implementation of technologies to improve business processes. Develop, maintain, monitor, and enhance key performance indicators and dashboards to enhance performance, fiscal status, and customer satisfaction. Manage department budgets and provide analysis and reports. Document business processes.

Administers the input of purchase order requisitions and purchase card transactions. Maintain accurate account coding, track receipts, and ensure all purchases have appropriate authorization. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors to resolve billing issues. Enter financial data into the district’s real-time accounts payable system. Code invoices correctly, confirm budget alignment, and verify payment authorization through electronic workflow systems.

Responsible for data quality control and quality assurance. Work closely with system users to identify issues with data integrity. Ensure data accuracy and integrity are maintained.
Daily 20% 3.Develop, modify and maintain key performance indicators and dashboards, including but not limited to financial, energy and work order systems.

Collaborates with the Director and system administrator for the district's work order management system. Analyze, design, implement, document and maintain information and business process systems as part of the district's work order management system. Analyze work order management system data and recommend improvements to workload planning and scheduling.

Satisfy daily ad hoc requests for work order system related information. Maintain and administer ad hoc report writing tools and queries for system users. Train and assist users to use ad hoc query tools as applicable.

Work with the Facility Operations Director and Sr. Financial Analyst in developing, administering, and monitoring department budgets. Provide data reports, support and analysis to monitor budget status and facilitate opportunities for process improvement.

Design, prototype, and recommend application changes and business process changes to maximize the efficiencies of new technologies as these changes relate to the district's work order management system and related or integrated applications.
