The senior clerical receptionist 2 supports the overall operations of the medical practice and guides the clerical and reception functions of the practice. The senior clerical receptionist is the main point of contact for the practice and is responsible for knowing the physicians employed at the practice, their schedules, areas of specialty and credentialed insurance plans. This position is responsible for phone call maintenance, patient intake, patient registration, patient scheduling and patient discharge. This position will perform administrative duties as directed by the Office Manager including but not limited to filing, faxing, copying, etc. The senior clerical receptionist will have a comprehensive knowledge of the practice's EMR and work with staff to ensure EMR compliance and train staff in new EMR processes and features.
Salary Range: $20.80/hr
