  • Data Management: Manage data entry into AClaimant, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports for various departments and properties as requested.
  • Video and Documentation Management: Oversee the retrieval and submission of surveillance footage for claims, coordinating with security, third-party administrators, and legal teams as necessary.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills, effectively handling guest interactions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Ensure all actions and decisions comply with company policies and legal standards.
  • Invoice and Financial Management: Manage the processing of invoices, settlement drafts, and expense reports, ensuring accurate financial coding and prompt payments.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Director to develop and deliver comprehensive Workers' Compensation reports and safety presentations to senior management and department heads across all Caesars properties.
  • Meeting Management: Take and distribute meeting minutes and assist in the preparation of business correspondence related to risk management initiatives.

Core Competencies:

  • Decision-Making: Capable of making informed, autonomous decisions that positively impact safety operations. Able to prioritize tasks and manage projects with limited supervision.
  • Leadership: Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, with the ability to supervise and guide team members, coordinate efforts across departments, and manage complex projects.
  • Analytical Thinking: Able to analyze detailed reports, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions that improve risk and safety processes.
  • Communication: Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ethical Integrity: Maintains high ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper conduct in all aspects of work.

  • Minimum of five years in a support role, preferably within risk management or a related field. Demonstrated experience handling confidential information and managing complex tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Experience with risk management software, such as AClaimant, is a plus.
