As a Talent Performance Coaching Specialist Senior within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL or Downers Grove, IL.This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Job Description
- Administers an organization's employee relations programs and ensures they are in line with goals and strategies.
- Designing and implementing human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations.
- Providing support, in line with organizational policies and labor law legislation, to employee relations managers on dealing with relevant issues.
- Researching and analyzing data pertaining to human resources and recommending program goals in all areas of employee relations.
- Maintaining open communication between management and employees and advising on resolutions for employee relations.
