Product Ops - Inventory Management Associate

Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for an Inventory Management Associate to support inventory & PO operations for our Autograph Operations team. This role reports into our Inventory Management department and is responsible for ensuring stickers and future inventory-type autos are accurately accounted for, plus ensuring that our athlete partners are paid in a timely fashion. Responsibilities:

• Conducts analysis of primarily sticker autographs post-quality control before data entry into Cards-in Reporting base
• Completes data entry into Cards-in Reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness for all athletes
• Effectively communicates with Athlete Partnership teams to create Purchase Orders when autographs are ready to be received in Oracle ERP
• Conducts sticker autograph assessments across entire product portfolio and communicating to Brand teams when products are analyzed, and sticker autograph available quantities and shortages are identified
• Creates and assigns Auto Numbers to subjects within Oracle ERP
• Completes transactions in Oracle ERP to receive autograph stickers into inventory and subsequently slate to products identified as having shortages for subjects

The Ideal Candidate: 

• Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance or a relatable field, preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or production environments, specifically related to inventory management, preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to sit and focus on a computer screen for extended periods of time, required
• Strong analytical skills, preferred
• Proficient experience with Oracle or equivalent ERP's, strongly preferred
• Proficient experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, preferred
