Aiming at providing industry 4.0 capabilities and at the same time ensuring compliance in this regulated business is a challenging task, requiring a good balance between innovation and <span>regulatory-requirements</span> to be <span>met.                                       </span></span></p><p></p><p><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Contributing to the definition of the strategy, scope, concepts, architecture and roadmap capabilities for the HPM application suite (consisting of PLM, MES, LEM and other modules) by</p></li><li><p>closely cooperating with process experts and application architects cross-functionally and world-wide</p></li><li><p>understanding and considering industry trends and external influences</p></li><li><p>developing detailed implementation plan (roadmap)</p></li><li><p>executing implementation plans with external and internal partners in alignment with the defined implementation strategy</p></li><li><p>contributing to education of stakeholders and process experts on solution details</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Maintaining and enhancing the HPM application suite (PLM, MES, LEM and other modules) for optimum integration into the business environment (business strategies, objectives, processes, enterprise and shopfloor applications) by</p><ul><li><p>identifying / anticipating new requirements based on industry trends, changing business needs (e.g. new products or business processes) or other innovation opportunities</p></li><li><p>planning and developing solution enhancement and business process changes</p></li><li><p>effectively driving improvement roll-out and related change management (planning, implementation, training, ...)</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Contributing with performance measurement skills (KPI's, BI, reporting, value driver trees, star schemas)</p><p></p><p><b>You are a part of</b></p><p>A team consisting of architects, process experts and application developers managing a highly integrated suite of applications (PLM, MES, LEM). The application suite supports the processes for the world wide operating HPM Businesses Unit of Philips, including several factories and R&amp;D locations in globally distributed locations.</p><p></p><p><b>You're the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li><p>You have a Bachelor’s or Master degree in engineering/Computer Science or equivalent</p></li><li><p>3+ years of relevant work experience with Master degree and 5 years of exerpiance with a Bachlor´s degree</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Perl and / or experience in Java / Oracle based application development</p></li><li><p>Experience with product structure and product data</p></li><li><p>Ability to understand and master complex, cross-functional problems, including information gathering and judgement/decision making</p></li><li><p>Ability to build and maintain long-lasting, flexible solutions</p></li><li><p>Ability to contribute to deliver solutions as part of a diverse and global project teams</p></li><li><p>Good command of the English language, both spoken and written</p></li><li><p>Influential leadership experience would be great to have</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>How we work together</b><br/>We believe that we are better together than apart.
