The Director, Nursing Research & Analytics is a key member of the Nursing Center of Excellence. This role is primarily responsible for leading the development of content for Press Ganey’s nursing solutions, including structure, process, and outcome measures that reflect both patient and nurse experiences, as well as the nursing work environment. The Director also serves as the leader in our development of new and revised metrics within the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI).  Serving as a subject matter expert in nursing research and analytics, the Director supports internal teams such as product management, data science, and client advisory by providing strategic insights and evidence-based content. Additionally, the Director plays a vital role in communicating the value proposition of nursing products to clients and external stakeholders, and contributes to the development of whitepapers, trade publications, scientific articles, and presentations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead Content Development
  Develop and refine structure, process, and outcome measures for Press Ganey’s nursing solutions, ensuring alignment with both patient and nurse experiences and the nursing work environment.
• Oversee Metric Innovation
  Direct the creation and revision of metrics within the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI), ensuring relevance, accuracy, and evidence-based rigor.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert
  Provide expert guidance in nursing research and analytics to internal teams including product management, data science, and client advisory, translating complex data into strategic insights.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product development and enhancement using evidence-based research and analytics.
