Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Summary:
As our Certified Bike Instructor, you will spend your days mountain biking, sharing your knowledge and passion for riding with our guests. Join us in creating a memorable experience for guests to want to return to the bike park again in the future!

Starting Wage: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour

Job Responsibilities:
-
Teach guests of all ages (children and adults) how to ride the trails
-
Strive to exceed our guests' expectations and create memorable experiences on a daily basis.

Follow all safety procedures and policies on a daily basis and utilize appropriate PPE at all times.

Stay up to date on local trail and bike park trail knowledge.

Maintaining your own personal toolkits, first aid packs, and any resort owned bikes.

Job Requirements:
-
High School Diploma
-
Minimum of 2 seasons experience downhill mountain biking.

Previous mountain bike instructing or coaching experience.

Must be able to mountain bike at a proficient level

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Must be able to communicate fluently in English

Perform in all-weather conditions
Preferred Skills:

A comprehensive understanding of bike mechanics

Bike instructor certification
-
Retail or sales experience
The expected pay range is $21.00 - $23.26. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
