Senior Product Manager, Notifications & Lifecycle

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll shape the way we engage, retain, and re-engage our global community of creators through thoughtful, data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering timely, relevant communications that help users get the most out of their creative journey on Picsart.</p> <h2><strong><span>How You'll Make an Impact</span></strong></h2> <ul> <li>Define the product vision and roadmap for notifications and lifecycle marketing in partnership with executive leadership and cross-functional teams<br/><br/></li> <li>Lead the development and launch of engagement strategies across email, push, and in-app messaging<br/><br/></li> <li>Partner with Product Design, Engineering, and Data Science to drive experimentation and personalization across lifecycle touchpoints<br/><br/></li> <li>Design and execute A/B tests to optimize message timing, content, frequency, and segmentation<br/><br/></li> <li>Define and track KPIs such as open rates, CTRs, conversions, and retention to measure success and inform improvements<br/><br/></li> <li>Collaborate with the Research and UX teams to explore new ways of adding value through user-centric lifecycle experiences<br/><br/></li> </ul> <h2><strong><span>What You'll Bring</span></strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on lifecycle marketing and notifications<br/><br/></li> <li>Deep understanding of mobile marketing best practices and retention strategies<br/><br/></li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across levels and time zones<br/><br/></li> <li>Analytical mindset with experience using A/B testing and data tools to guide decisions<br/><br/></li> <li>Proven success in agile environments with a strategic and solutions-oriented approach<br/><br/></li> <li>Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working asynchronously<br/><br/></li> </ul> <h2><strong><span>Good To Have </span></strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience leading lifecycle teams or coordinating workflows<br/><br/></li> <li>Familiarity with messaging platforms, CRM, or campaign tools<br/><br/></li> <li>Passion for delivering personalized user experiences</li> </ul><h5>What we seek and value most in our candidates </h5> <h5>Professionalism in both soft and hard skills; motivation to grow, learn and share, positive attitude, flexibility, transparency, ownership and the most important - passion and commitment.  </h5> <h5>Picsart is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
