Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with the Maine Nurse Practice Act and professional standards
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor and assess resident conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Support person-first, resident-directed care values

Qualifications
- Current State of Maine LPN license (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care or long-term care
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in medication preparation and administration
- Commitment to delivering high-quality senior care
