About the role

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Performance Officer & HR Programs Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the CPO while coordinating the execution of key HR programs, including the Leadership Academy. This role plays a critical part in enabling the effectiveness of the HR function through strong operational support, program coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. This position is designed as a developmental opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources, offering exposure to HR strategy, programs, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support to the CPO (50–60%)

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Performance Officer, including:

  • Complex calendar management and prioritization
  • Coordination of meetings, agendas, and materials
  • Preparation of presentations, communications, and follow-ups
  • Manage sensitive and confidential HR information with a high level of discretion
  • Serve as a liaison across the HR leadership team to ensure alignment and execution of priorities
  • Coordinate travel, expenses, and executive logistics (Aligned with core Executive Assistant expectations )

HR Program Coordination – Leadership Academy (25–30%)

Coordinate logistics and execution for the Leadership Academy program, including:

  • Scheduling sessions and managing calendars
  • Coordinating speakers and participants
  • Managing on-site logistics (room setup, materials, food/beverage)
  • Partner closely with the Leadership Academy Manager to support program delivery
  • Track attendance, participation, and program logistics
  • Ensure a high-quality participant experience

HR Operations & Coordination Support (15–25%)

  • Support execution of HR initiatives through coordination, tracking, and follow-up
  • Assist in preparing HR communications, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain documentation related to HR programs and activities
  • Participate in HR meetings to capture notes, track action items, and support follow-through
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative and coordination processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in executive support, administrative coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior executives
  • Exposure to HR, recruiting, or associate programs
  • Event planning or program coordination experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
