Are you seeking to join established practice that offers access to the latest technology? Corewell Health South General Surgery is adding a full time General Surgeon to their busy, hospital-employed practice based in St. Joseph.  The team consists of 8 General Surgeons and 4 APPs.

Epic electronic health records.  Access to 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist coverage.  Both are mature and stable programs with excellent providers.

Opportunity to teach medical students and residents completing General Surgery rotations. Corewell Health South is a teaching hospital offering residencies in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine.  We also host 3rd and 4th year medical students from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Western Michigan University College of Medicine.

Qualifications: 

• BE/BC General Surgery

• License - Michigan MD/DO 

• Certification – BLS (Basic Life Support)
