Located just 16 miles from New York City, the Larchmont Yacht Club is a private, member-owned club set on a picturesque 15-acre waterfront campus. With a legacy of excellence and hospitality, LYC offers year-round member dining, private celebrations, and iconic seasonal events—supported by world-class sailing, racquet, and aquatics programs.

We are seeking Seasonal Servers to join our Food & Beverage team for the upcoming season. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, service-oriented environment where every detail matters. Whether you're serving poolside, in one of our elegant dining rooms, or during our most memorable events, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences to our members and guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide professional, friendly, and attentive food and beverage service during member dining, private events, and special club functions
• Guide guests through their dining experience by offering menu and beverage recommendations, noting preferences, and answering questions confidently
• Set, clear, and maintain tables in alignment with club standards
• Ensure seamless communication with the kitchen regarding dietary needs, allergies, special requests, and timing of service
• Attend pre-shift briefings and participate in ongoing training to uphold LYC’s high service standards
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Support the team by completing side work, station prep, and closing duties with attention to detail and efficiency
• Handle member concerns with grace and elevate to management when appropriate
• Create an atmosphere where members and guests feel welcomed, valued, and inspired to return

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in upscale or fine dining establishments; private club experience is a plus
• Warm, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and cocktail service
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol; food safety and alcohol service certifications preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, walk, and remain on feet for up to 10 hours
• Able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs
• Work in varied indoor and outdoor environments including hot, cold, or humid conditions
