Full Time - Regional Services Director - Northeastern Region (Osage, Mason City, Nora Springs)

One Vision is seeking a Full Time Regional Services Director for our Northeastern Region which includes Osage, Mason City, and Nora Springs. (Currently offering a $1500 sign-on bonus)

Responsible for the overall fiscal and operational performance of the HCBS homes in the assigned area. Oversees the development and implements safety and quality enhancement strategies. Drives quality initiatives, to maintain compliance with national and state regulatory standards with proactive strategies to meet or exceed compliance and accreditation.

• Provide leadership; implement best employee practices, including retention, staff development and staff utilization. Lead continuous improvement strategies, staff utilization and performance.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of seven years of human services industry experience, specific to individuals with disabilities and 4 years of progressively responsible management experience.
• BA/BS in a human service-related field or other equivalent education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management operations, including budget management skills, as well as organizational abilities including planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation.
• Prefer prior experience and knowledge working with ID, DD, IDD, ICF, HCBS, CIIBS, MR or Medicaid Waivers

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Must possess the ability to work on-call and appropriately respond to emergencies.
• Must be an intermediate level use of software: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Requires some physical activity bending, kneeling, stooping. Lifting or use of lifts for some individuals.
• Offer of employment is contingent upon background check, drug screen, physical assessment to occasionally lift to 50 pounds.
