Salary: $152,320 - $201,705  per year

About the role

 

As a Sr. Program Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of IT outsourcing services to one of our largest clients. We will count on you to ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with the client's requirements and company standards, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation. Along the way, you will get to:

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring a strong and positive relationship. Regularly meet with the client to discuss performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Program Oversight: Oversee the entire IT outsourcing program, ensuring that all services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes managing resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
• Service Delivery: Ensure that all IT services are delivered in accordance with the client's requirements and company standards. This includes managing service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT outsourcing or IT Infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a program management role.
• Experience managing large, complex IT outsourcing programs is essential.
• Deep understanding of Networking, Storage, Compute, and cloud strategies.
