Your opportunity for impact:

NetDocuments is seeking a Data Analyst to provide insights into the customer journey, health, and sentiment in the Customer Success organization using data analytics and reporting. The Data Analyst will report to the Manager of Customer Success Operations. The ideal candidate will proactively seek and find insights that will help improve the customer experience and renewal rates.

What your contributions will be:

• Analyzing factors affecting Gross and Net Retention Rates and customer satisfaction, providing actionable insights to improve customer retention. 
• Evaluating customer interactions and product usage to find trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience. 
• Improving health scores to better predict potential churn and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. 
• Collaborating cross-functionally to pull qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources for analysis. 
• Continuously assessing and improving data quality and integrity to ensure insights are accurate, timely, and relevant to business needs.  
• Supporting Customer Success initiatives by generating reports and dashboards (PowerBI, Gainsight) that highlight customer behavior, product usage, and sentiment analysis.
