Job Description

The Analyst, People Services Generalist, supports the People Services team by providing analytical, administrative, and operational expertise to ensure seamless delivery of HR services. This role combines strategic insight with day-to-day execution to enhance the employee experience, drive process efficiencies, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, data analysis, and customer service, acting as a critical resource for employees and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related area

OR 1 years’ experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area

OR Associate's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related area and 1 years’ experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

Pay range: $21hr.
