As part of this mission, we are seeking a Senior Reporting & Compliance Specialist to join our Third‑Party Finance team. Reporting to the Director, Reporting & Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing the reporting and payments process for our third‑party data providers, helping ensure transparency, accuracy and compliance across more than 700 complex data contracts.
This role is critical in supporting LSEG’s relationships with major global content providers, with annual spend of approximately £100m, including several multi‑million‑dollar agreements. You will work closely with our Content Partners organisation and utilise our bespoke royalty management platform to ensure contract terms are reflected accurately in supplier reporting and payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end third‑party royalty reporting and payment processes.
- Receive and analyse raw usage and entitlement data from internal systems.
- Partner with Data Licence Managers to ensure correct set‑up of reporting structures and contract terms.
- Collaborate closely with Content Partners to understand contract changes, renewals and commercial impacts.
- Own all reference data management related to third‑party reporting and payment processing.
- Input fee and contract changes, performing financial controls to validate accuracy and integrity.
- Liaise directly with third‑party data providers to resolve queries, discrepancies and data‑related issues.
- Support the continuous improvement of data quality, controls and reporting processes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to work with complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable outputs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with confidence interacting at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, particularly when handling large volumes of data.
- Experience presenting information clearly and professionally, both written and verbally.<
