Bartender

Cherokee Casino Ramona is seeking an experienced Bartender to play a crucial role in providing a positive and enjoyable bar experience for guests. This position involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a professional and engaging atmosphere. 

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests. 

• Adhere to all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification and verifying age. 

• Ensure guests are not over-served. 

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external guests. 

• Adhere to standardized drink recipes. 

• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently. 

• Stock supplies for the next shift. 

• Clean, wash, and stock all glassware and bar supplies. 

• Maintain a clean and organized work area. 

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant experience in bartending. 

• Must be at least 21 years of age. 

• Ability to obtain a food handler's card. 

• Successful completion of alcohol awareness training. 

• Ability to obtain and maintain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license. 

• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. 

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment. 

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. 

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. 

• Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
