Senior Director, Procure to Pay, Global Procurement

General Description:

Role is responsible for overseeing the Business Partner relationships from P2P, serving as a P2P expert and key business liaison to drive compliant business processes in aligned countries.

This role will require heavy communication and contact with APAC, EU, China and the US. A location in the Eastern Standard Time zone is required and only EST candidates will be considered.

Essential Functions of the job:

The Process owner will support the following activities for Procure to Pay.   

• Collaborating with Global Procurement and responsible for driving successful delivery of P2P services and representing the P2P organization to Commercial and Functional leadership and other collaborators. 
• Together with Global Procurement, drive accountability for the P2P process to deliver on SLAs and critical metrics across workstreams. 
• Drive standardization of process and delivery method across the globe (2-3 main locations).
• Supports the existing design and future improvements of Enabling Technology through business and technology partner engagement while standardizing technology and where feasible, processes across business platforms.  

• Communicates, coordinates, and collaborates with Shared Services, Procurement, Treasury and other functions supported by the P2P organization.

• Ensures that related process activities and changes are programmatically compatible with the objectives of the company, and accurately operationalized and coordinated to ensure a cohesive and consistent service experience.

• Coordinate Process Design and communicates with process users while supporting the stabilization of processes within P2P.

• Is the focal point for requested deviations and has the authority to approve changes in the process if the changes are required. 

• Identifies gaps and issues that prohibit efficient and effective use of the business process to support business requirements across all constituencies.
• Review key performance indicators with management functions at least monthly. Identify and govern the root cause of service deficiencies and activities striven for service remediation. 

• Will assist in the identification of process improvements and helps to remedy deficiencies or improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the process for which they are responsible. 

• Ensures that appropriate inputs and resources are brought to bear. This will ensure that organization's needs are met and are consistent with the principles of efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Education:

• BA/BS degree is required.
• CPA is heavily preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS with 12 plus years of overall experience is required.
• 10 plus years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
• Fluency in English is required, fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
• SAP and ARIBA experience is required.
• Previous global teams management and procurement experinece is required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:  

• Manage AP colleagues in China, Poland and certain service providers in other locations.

Travel: 

• 3-4 weeks a year including to EU and China.

Salary Range: $181,400.00 - $251,400.00 annually
