If you're organised, proactive and enjoy helping others, this is an opportunity to be part of something meaningful while developing your own skills in a supportive environment.<p></p><p></p><p><b>Job title:</b></p>Training Support Administrator<p></p><p></p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p><span>🕒 Full time permanent role - 37.5 hours a week</span><br/><span>📍 HMS Raleigh</span><br/><span>🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.</span></p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll be doing:</b></p><ul><li><p>Creation and production of the Long-Term Plan for all courses</p></li><li><p>Creation and scheduling of course templates</p></li><li><p>Updating of course templates as a result of change administered through the various contracted change mechanisms and attend various key stakeholder meetings.</p></li><li><p>Maintain resource hierarchy availability</p></li><li><p>Create and build automated course timetables</p></li><li><p>Book travel &amp; accommodation for overseas students</p></li><li><p>Work collaboratively and engage with other training support departments and Training Groups  </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Essential Skills/Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>Previous <span>administration/coordination</span> experience</p></li><li><p>Proficient using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (maintaining existing spreadsheets)</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills, both verbal and written</p></li><li><p>Team player with initiative</p></li><li><p>Confident</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desirable Skills/Experience:</b></p><ul><li><p>Any experience of using TAFMIS would be desirable</p></li><li><p>Previous planning/scheduling experience, would be an advantage</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About Selborne</b></p><p>Selborne is a bold, £1 billion, 12-year transformation of Royal Navy training, led by Capita and a powerhouse consortium known as Team Fisher — including Raytheon UK, Fujitsu, and the University of Lincoln.
