The Difference You Make:
The European Equity Sales Executive Director is responsible for leading the Company's business development efforts throughout the assigned region targeting larger scale clients. The incumbent will drive the growth and retention of existing client relationships, build new client relationships, and provide the full breadth of the Company's products and services to clients and prospects.

  • Leads the Company’s Equity Research Sales efforts across Europe product targeting institutional clients (long only and hedge funds).
  • Drives growth and retention of existing client relationships while originating new business opportunities.
  • Provides the full breadth of the Company’s equities products (including Eq Swaps) and services to clients and prospects.
  • Acts as a primary client interface delivering market insights, trade ideas, and execution capabilities.
  • Partners across trading, research, and banking teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Leads client coverage and sales strategy across European markets.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with institutional investors, hedge funds, and asset managers.
  • Partners with team members, including bankers, to uncover cross-sell and syndicated opportunities.
  • Supports transaction execution, including underwriting processes.
  • Oversees preparation of marketing materials, client presentations, and roadshow content.
  • Maintains connectivity with market participants to ensure strong demand and client engagement.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
  • Master's Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Preferred


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in equities sales, or related roles - Required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in European equity markets, products, and institutional client coverage.
  • Very strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Expert presentation and client engagement skills.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and manage complex initiatives across stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and across regions.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Certifications:

  • SIE, Series 7 & 63

It Would Be Nice For You To Have:

  • Established client network across institutional and hedge fund clients.
  • Fluency in additional European languages.
  • Familiarity with European regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II).

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$270,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$300,000.00 USD
