Role Overview:

As a Senior Strategic IT Solutions Architect, you will be a key driving force in architecting innovative IT Solutions that address complex challenges within the government healthcare IT domain. Leveraging your deep technical expertise in AWS, Software Development, and other advanced technologies, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-impact solutions that enhance government healthcare IT operations. Additionally, you will provide proposal development support and produce thought leadership through white papers, showcasing the organization's expertise in government healthcare IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work together with clients to comprehend their strategic goals and technical needs.
• Design and develop scalable and secure IT architectures utilizing AWS services and software development best practices, resulting in reduction of operational costs and enhanced data security.
• Take charge of designing and developing end-to-end IT architectures that are scalable and secure, using AWS services and other appropriate technologies.
• Utilize your Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning proficiency to develop inventive solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within established timelines and budgets.
• Balance functional and technical aspects of solutions, understanding business requirements while ensuring technical best practices are followed.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, recommending and incorporating innovative approaches into our solutions.
• Work with teams from different departments to create proposals and develop detailed white papers. These papers should reflect the organization's expertise and innovation in the healthcare IT field, establishing the organization's reputation as a thought leader in the industry.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on technical experience in designing and implementing solutions using AWS services.
• Proven track record of designing and developing cloud-based solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AWS services to create scalable, secure, and high-performance IT architectures.
• Ability to architect and implement AWS solutions that align with business objectives, resulting in successful project outcomes.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and others, and the capability to utilize them effectively in project development.
• Demonstratable expertise in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
• Experience in software development, contributing to developing and maintaining complex software systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of designing solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Experience contributing to the creation of thought-provoking white papers and thought leadership articles related to government healthcare IT solutions.
• A blend of functional and technical skills, capable of translating business requirements into actionable technical plans and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or related certifications
• Experience in healthcare data analytics and decision support systems.
