America Vegetable Seeds Commercial & Open Field Processing Digital Transformation IT Business Partner for St. Louis, MO to define, develop, implement & communicate IT and digital transformation strategies for vegetable seed products; translate business strategies into integrated business platforms; lead change management to adopt & improve digital strategies; monitor digital investment project portfolio; lead digital innovations, programs and projects to meet business needs; monitor digital transformation & IT performance; manage operational budgets. Requires Bachelor’s in Business or I.T. field & 5 yrs progressive post-Bachelor’s experience proposing business recommendations for software investments that meet business needs; directing and/or performing implementation of customer, marketing & sales digital solutions, including non-protected agricultural marketing segment, B2B, CRM and ERP solutions; managing annual digital investment portfolios; applying change management best practices using Agile development methodologies to improve implementation of software products & processes; working with cross-functional teams to develop new system concepts & strategies; and engaging with business stakeholders to understand business & customer requirements and translate these requirements to develop digital transformation strategies. Up to 25% travel within U.S. & to Central and South America req’d. Telecommuting permitted from home office location within reasonable commuting distance of St. Louis, MO up to 3 days per week.
