Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic finance team supporting a rapidly expanding international luxury brand. As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the financial operations across multiple international markets, working with cutting-edge financial technology and e-commerce platforms. This position offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to expand beyond core finance duties into operational support and data analysis. Responsibilities

Execute daily banking operations and reconciliations using modern fintech platforms
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes for international operations
Drive credit control activities and maintain professional relationships with high-end suppliers and clients
Process and reconcile multi-currency e-commerce transactions through integrated platforms
Support international financial operations between UK and US entities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
Handle consignment reporting for luxury retail partnerships
Contribute to data analysis projects and operational improvements
Assist with special projects and process optimization initiatives
Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders across multiple time zones

Requirements

2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce
Strong knowledge of accounting principles equivalent to AAT qualification
Proven experience with cloud-based accounting software (Xero preferred)
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment systems
Excellence in written and verbal English communication
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience in multi-currency transactions and international business operations
Comfortable with remote work and digital collaboration tools
Professional demeanor suitable for interaction with high-end clientele
