Mainframe Racf Security Admin

In this role the colleague will be responsible for the administration of user access and the privileges to applications and systems ensuring that access requests are properly authorized, appropriately documented, and accurately fulfilled. The colleague will also be responsible for troubleshooting user access issues, including determining cause and implementing resolution.

Requirements:

• 3+ years RACF administration
• Reporting for MVS, familiar with security reports.
• MVS system level parameters and user ID definition process
• Experience defining and validating data encryption methods and security requirements
• Experience monitoring and managing security reporting ensuring systems are compliant
• Assists systems programmers in the design and management of RACF for all regions and LPARs Executes regulatory and operational control activities related to user provisioning, de-provisioning and access re-certification Security certification preferred
• Work on projects as mandated by management.
• Knowledge of SAS and SQL to create reports
• Proficient in Audits
• Nice to have Vanguard experience

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in a Computer Science discipline or comparable work experience
