Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and structure the team’s project workflow using JIRA, including backlog organization, sprint planning, and reporting.
- Create and implement standardized project intake and completion processes.
- Translate business needs into actionable project plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in operations, clinical services, finance, and more.
- Provide clear, consistent updates on timelines, risks, and deliverables to executive leadership.
- Champion project management best practices while maintaining alignment with the company’s values and culture.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in data or technology environments.
- A technical background or demonstrated ability to work closely with data and engineering teams: prior experience working on a data team.
- Proficiency in JIRA and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple complex projects.
