HR Automation/RPA Analyst (m/f/d) - HR Digital Transformation

As an <strong>HR Automation Analyst</strong> (m/f/d), you will shape HR tech &amp; system landscape by analyzing processes, identifying digital opportunities, and driving automation and system improvements in a scalable and g-local manner.</span><span> </span></span></p> <h3><span><strong>About the Role</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li><span><strong><span>Process Analysis &amp; Tech Solution Design:</span></strong><span> Analyze HR processes &amp; system landscape reviews using BPMN &amp; lean methodologies, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable to-be processes</span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><strong><span lang="EN-US"><span>Tech </span><span>Evaluation &amp; Adoption</span><span>:</span> </span></strong><span lang="EN-US"><span>Scout emerging</span><span> H</span><span>R</span><span> technology solutions and </span><span>partner with </span><span>FlixTech</span><span> to design workflows, </span><span>evaluate </span><span>integration options (APIs, SFTP, etc.)</span><span> and build system architecture designs</span><span>. Create data-driven business cases</span> <span>for project budget allocation.</span></span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span><span lang="EN-US"><strong><span>Automation</span></strong><span><strong>:</strong> </span></span><span lang="EN-US"><span>Script</span><span> process</span><span>/task automations</span><span> using niche technologies like UiPath</span> <span>StudioX</span><span>, </span><span>Power Automate,</span><span> Python</span><span> and</span> <span>GenAI </span><span>tools</span></span><span> </span></li> <li><span><strong><span lang="EN-US"><span>Technical Project Delivery:</span> </span></strong><span lang="EN-US"><span>Manage end-to-end HR Tech project</span><span> lifecycle</span><span> using Jira</span><span> from requirement engineering till UAT/SIT and go-live</span></span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span><strong><span lang="EN-US"><span>Project </span><span>Reporting &amp; Governance:</span></span></strong><span lang="EN-US"><strong> </strong><span>Maintain</span><span> process</span><span>/project</span><span> documentation, control points and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal controls</span><span>/risk</span></span><span> </span></span></span></li> </ul> <h3><span><strong>About You</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li><span><span>Degree in computer science, IT or a related technical field</span> </span></li> <li><span><span>3–5 years as a Business/Process/Automation Analyst or Technical consultant role</span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Demonstrated hands-on experience in delivering large-scale digital tech transformation projects leveraging Jira/Confluence</span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong skills in process mining, automation, product strategy, agile delivery</span> <span>and solution design</span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Hands-on experience with cloud technology (AWS, Azure) middleware integrations, APIs and designing automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, Python or similar</span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Knowledge of HR systems</span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span lang="EN-US"><span>Fluent in English, German is a plus</span></span> </span></li> <li><span><span>Certif</span><span>i</span><span>cation</span><span> in business/process analysis like Six Sigma or any </span><span>agile </span><span>project management certification </span><span>like </span><span>SAF</span><span>e</span> <span>is nice to have</span><span> </span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
