Your Role:
Create and confirm production orders including repair/service orders in a production environment
Manage sales order backlog including ship dates, configuration checks, and processing shipments
Backup for the material handler/shipper – this includes shipping, invoicing, RMA processing, processing of customer service goods
Pull accessories and assemble small accessory kits according to sales orders
Place purchase orders for inventory items as well as MRO supplies and resolves discrepancies between receiving and payment documentation
Manage daily cycle counts and research the inventory inconsistencies and participate with physical inventory audits
Primary contact person for our suppliers with regards to inventory matters
Your Expertise:
You are a strong communicator with a knack for problem solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook),
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
Experience with manufacturing and production
Fluent in English (ideally as a native language, spoken and written) since you will interact with international customers; a foreign language proficiency is a plus.
Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5 years of experience working with materials in a production environment
Experience with medical device manufacturing is highly desired
