About the job:
We’re seeking a motivated Supply Chain Logistics Supervisor to lead daily operations and oversee staff in a healthcare setting. This role supports department management, ensures high service levels, and helps implement supply chain optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support logistics operations at one or more sites
- Supervise staff scheduling, payroll, and performance management
- Maintain strong relationships with clinical and departmental leaders
- Partner with regional leaders to optimize inventory and improve margins
- Support hiring, training, and compliance with policies and regulations
Work Environment:
- Mostly indoor, non-clinical setting with occasional travel between 2 hospitals
- May involve lifting up to 30 lbs and extended computer use
- Requires adaptability, attention to detail, and PPE compliance
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent healthcare Supply Chain experience.
- 1-3 years verifiable, Supply Chain-related experience in a progressive work environment.
- Experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of ERP and inventory systems
- Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment
