Sr. Manager Finance- Supply Chain Fulfillment - (Hybrid- Seattle, WA)

PLEASE NOTE:  This position is offered as a hybrid role in the Seattle, WA area.  You must be willing to work in the downtown Seattle, WA office  3 days/week to be considered for this position.   We are not currently offering relocation for this role.

  

We have an opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain Fulfillment Operations on the team.  In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team supporting the fulfillment and distribution center portion of our supply chain through a finance lens. This role requires an individual with strong leadership, communication and influencing skills to support month end close, forecasting, budget, and long-term plan processes to set targets and measure the success of the organization against their KPIs. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate data-driven findings into actionable insights, and you will be a self-starter - comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

A day in the life… 

• Lead a team supporting the financial planning process through month end close, forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning while analyzing results -ensuring execution and accountability across the business.
• Set targets, provide decision support, and analyze results across the portfolio of JWN fulfillment spend.
• Provide recommendations, identify trends, and proactively communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Track and communicate performance through reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure transparency and accountability. 
• Support report automation and process improvement to enhance capabilities within the finance team.
• Build and develop a team of individual contributors through clear vision, prioritization, and support to achieve financial and business objectives.

You own this if you have… 

• Bachelor's degree (finance or economics preferred)
• 10 plus years of experience in finance or economics with scope and accountability progression
• 7 plus years of experience within Supply Chain & Facility Operations (finance or operations)
• Experienced team leader with a passion for teaching early and mid-career professionals.
• Experience with corporate metrics and analytical methods
• Experienced in driver-based model building that is scalable and flexible
• SQL and Tableau knowledge preferred
• Superior MS Excel abilities, including the ability to use formulas, functions & pivot tables

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. 
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$126,500.00 - $210,000.00 Annual

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability
