Job Description:
The Tool Program Administrator, working onsite in Fremont, CA, ensures excellent customer service and efficient tool management.
Key duties include assisting customers with tool issues, providing timely support and quotes, and managing order processing with the Tool Logistics Coordinator.
The role also involves overseeing shipping and receiving, maintaining rental inventory records, initiating new fastener testing, and keeping a clean, safe work environment.
Overtime flexibility is required.
Responsibilities:
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Assist Customers in troubleshooting tool issues, finding resolutions to keeps tools operating to prevent production delays
• Assist Customers in finding most effective tool support
• Assist Tool Logistics Coordinator in providing timely tool quotes to internal/external customers
• Assist Tool Logistics Coordinator in ensuring all locally allocated orders are processed in an expeditious manner.
• Oversee shipping/receiving functions such as working with Tool Logistics Coordinator in managing daily orders for shipping to include picking/packing, ensuring accuracy and submitting information to Logistics department for scheduling, receipt of orders are checked accurately and received into the system.
• Ensure all orders are accurately fulfilled in NS in a timely manner.
• Review B/O report.
• Administer Rental Inventory maintenance and associated record keeping.
• Administer new fastener testing initiation and associated documentation.
• Work overtime when necessary.
• Help maintain clean/safe work environment.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years’ experience in Logistics department
• Physically able to stock, pull, pack, palletize up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literate, proficient with Excel/Outlook
• Excellent math, organization/inventory & time management skills
• Ability to work as a team member

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $90,000.
