Sales Parking Representative

Job Purpose:
- The Sales Parking Representative is responsible for selling parking spaces and related services to potential customers. This includes actively prospecting for new clients, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the parking facility or management company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online marketing.
- Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase available parking options and amenities.
- Negotiate lease terms and pricing with potential clients.
- Prepare and process lease agreements and other related documentation.
- Manage existing client accounts, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a sales or related role.
- Experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Experience working with parking management software or similar systems (preferred).

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- Strong sales aptitude and ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (if applicable).
- Knowledge of parking regulations and procedures (preferred).
