Position: Maintenance Technician III
Location: Atrium Health Kings Mountain; 706 W. King St., Kings Mountain, NC.
Full Time; 1st Shift
~May need to be available for nights and weekends for special projects.
~On-call every 4th week
Major Responsibilities:
- Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Documents through use of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Maintains, repairs, and conducts complex troubleshooting on mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, conveyors, doors, fans, boilers, heat exchangers, controls, etc. with very minimal to no assistance/guidance and both within and outside normal operating procedures.
