Job Description

We are looking for a Payroll professional with experience in running local payrolls, handling monthly and annual social security and tax compliance, good experience of reporting with social security authorities, handling of accidents at works and illness of employees and any other payroll compliance work.

You will frequently liaise with people of various cultures and nationalities both inside and outside our newly established organization. You will become an expert in the personal income tax aspects of global mobility and gain knowledge on strategy around global mobility and much more.

The objective of the research is to strengthen the Rome and/or Milan offices through the inclusion of a Senior Payroll Specialist in the Payroll service line.

Responsibilities:

- monthly payroll processing;

- administrative obligations related to the management of hiring and terminations;

- mandatory communications;

- opening of INPS and INAIL positions;

- opening and management social security representations and local payroll;

- gross to net/company cost estimation calculations;

- labour law consultancy;

- relevant monthly obligations connected to payroll activities.

Qualifications

- previous experience in the role of at least 3 years;

- good knowledge of Zucchetti Paghe Web;

- good knowledge of the Office tools;

- immediate availability;

- good knowledge of written and spoken English.
