This role involves designing and implementing effective training course designs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and delivery will focus primarily on new hire onboarding for front-line team members.</li> <li>Instructional designs will support technical aspects of roles that are engaging and intuitive as the primary introduction to multiple enterprise platforms to execute transactions related to service offerings.</li> <li>Designs will be introductory in nature to systems and platforms with designs that result in success in the introduction, overview, walkthrough, and skill testing transactions that result in achieving initial levels of self-sufficiency on an identified set of routine tasks.</li> <li>Designs should be intuitive in approach, focused on immediate application of new skills to an identified skill set, and directly correlate to successful demonstrations on the job.</li> <li>Designs should be strategic and modular in construction to be successful in a high change and fast-paced environment that drives system and platform enhancements resulting in training modifications.</li> <li>Collaborate with departmental leaders and training team members to assess training needs and develop customized training solutions.</li> <li>Utilizes a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.</li> <li>Partners with Training Specialists and Operations subject matter experts to build training ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.</li> <li>Responsible for the management of training solutions using the learning management system.</li> <li>Tests, monitors, and evaluates the effectiveness of training solutions leveraging user feedback and LMS to ensure functionality and quality.</li> <li>Maintains up-to-date knowledge of training trends, de
