The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a passion for building and optimizing global finance functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Prepare, review, and approve journal entries; develop and maintain account reconciliation workpapers; and prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

  • Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors in each jurisdiction to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and audits, while staying current on changes in international accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop, document, and implement robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls tailored to each country’s regulatory environment, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability.

  • Support the establishment and onboarding of new international subsidiaries, including setting up banking, payroll, and accounting systems, and assist with cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting for international entities.

  • Participate in US-based accounting activities as needed, supporting the overall finance function and contributing to company-wide financial initiatives.

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in an international or multi-entity environment.
