Job Requirements:

Facility Specific License/Certifications:

• Heartsaver CPR (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) or Healthstream Basic Life Support (HS-BLS) or RQIBLS: Required
• FH OR OFH OR FH-efoodcard: Required
• Introduction to Child Care Health and Safety (ICCHS): Required
• Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect (RRCAN): Required
• Safe Sleep for Oregon's Infants course Certificate (SSOI): Required
• First Aide (FA): Required

Organizational Requirements:

Adventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
