Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The Moorings at Lewes is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team!

The Moorings is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Lewes, DE. We are seeking full-time LPNs to join our team in Assisted Living. At Springpoint, our LPNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to the residents, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by the CNAs.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs.
• Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure that the resident’s privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always maintained.
• Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care.
• Provides emergency response to Independent Living residents.
• Assists with employee injuries.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid LPN License required
• CPR Certified
• 2+ Years experience as an LPN preferred
