Summary of Job Duties:

The Orthopedic Technician provides professional and competent assistance to physicians in the clinic. Provides assistance with application and management in cast, splint, and brace with Residents. Gives instruction on proper care of casts, braces, etc to patients.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED PLUS One (1) year direct patient care experience or enrollment in a healthcare related educational program (Medical Assistant, Nursing School or Med School)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant or Orthopedic Tech experience
