About the Role

The Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key leadership position responsible for driving financial strategy, performance analysis, and operational excellence across Pinnacle Fertility’s rapidly growing network. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role partners closely with executive leadership to deliver data-driven insights that shape strategic decisions and improve financial outcomes.

This full-time, on-site role is based in Scottsdale, AZ and requires extensive expertise in SQL and Python to build scalable financial models and automation rooted in accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities across the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Design and maintain complex financial models using SQL and Python to support revenue recognition, accounting, and strategic planning.
• Deliver executive-level insights through financial reporting and dashboards that identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders in operations, sales, and clinical teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee compensation models for partner and associate physicians, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing FP&A team, fostering accountability, professional development, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive automation and process improvements to scale reporting capabilities and enhance financial transparency.
• Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience: A minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, including leadership of high-performing teams.
• Skills:
• Demonstrated expertise in SQL and Python (testing required during interview process).
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, and FP&A platforms.
• Ability to manage large datasets, ensure data integrity, and present complex information clearly.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $175,000 - $225,000.00 annually (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
