The Product Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, Revenue Cycle stakeholders, engineers, and data teams to prototype, build, test, and iterate on automations that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and support scalable AI adoption across the enterprise.

- Perform testing, debugging, and validation of automations across environments; support UAT and post‑deployment monitoring.
- Analyze product and automation usage data to identify performance issues, optimization opportunities, and future enhancements.
- Demo working solutions to stakeholders and clearly communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and platform teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of low‑code patterns, reusable components, and best practices within the AI/Automation COE.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field.
