SSM Health Dean Medical Group, a 500+ physician multi-specialty group, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its clinic in Wisconsin Dells.

The Opportunity:

• Opportunity to treat patients in an ambulatory (located in WI Dells) with inpatient pediatric setting (located at St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo)
• Optional faculty appointment with the University of Wisconsin- Baraboo Family Medicine Rural Training residency program- entails active involvement of training family physician residents
  Shared call schedule including Pediatrics at St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo
• Optional OB +/- cs, Hospitalist, and community nursing home coverage
• Collaborative, cohesive & collegial team of 3 physicians & 4 APs
• Choice of FTE options of 1.0, .9, or .8 fte, all considered full time status
• Choice of 4, 4 1/2, or 5 day per week for work schedule options
• 28-36 patient contact hours
• EPIC EMR
• 2-Year salary guarantee
