This position may be based anywhere in the United States – it can be remote. If you do work remotely, for team-building purposes, you will be invited to the corporate office in Columbia, Missouri, at least two times per year.
What You’ll Do as a Senior People Analyst
- Translate people needs and data into action: create relationships with individuals across the organization, identify quick wins, choose the appropriate statistical test and partner to implement your findings.
- Execute against the vision for People Analytics: Support the development of the People Analytics roadmap and execute against the projects that are prioritized. Current projects cover topics in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Workforce Planning and Employee Listening.
- Help to build out a scalable People Analytics infrastructure and function.
- Get your hands dirty leading a variety of People Analytics projects, which will involve wrangling data to enable comprehensive intelligence and tapping in where needed.

Skills & Qualifications for a Senior People Analyst
- Must be qualified to work in the United States - we are not sponsoring any candidates at this time.
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics or anything relevant to the implementation of People Analytics. An advanced degree (e.g. Master’s, PhD) is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a People Analyst role where you ran people analytics projects from intake to action. If you’ve learned the most complicated analysis isn’t always the right analysis, how to get stakeholders excited about People Analytics and how to say no– you have this experience.
- A consultant’s touch when interacting with clients. You will interact with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of methods (e.g. surveys, focus groups, experiments) and analysis (e.g. regression analysis, time series analysis, sentiment analysis) commonly used in People Analytics .
- 2 years of experience with programming languages, preferably Python and/or SQL.
- Experience with one or more BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Visier).
- Bonus points: experience with creating and/or scoping ETL or ELT processes.
