Main Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to provide operational support related to scheduling, ACP data input and integrity, payroll, and administrative tasks for the assigned onsite account.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Participate in hub recruiting events and general recruiting as needed
• Promote referral bonus programs
• Ensure effective use of candidate outreach using various tools / technology – ACP; ERecruit targeting employees within database
• Weekly/daily review of fullfillment results with the team
• Daily reporting offullfillment results and activities to be reviewed in onsite huddles/meetings, including review of goals compared to results
• Supporting the referral program.
• Monitor open ACP orders and submittals
• Responsible for match set up in Erecruit
• Ensures compliance to national accounts.
• Trains team on proper procedures required by ACP
• Key point of contact with corporate ACP team
• Collection of time for onsite.
• Assist with payroll weekly.
• Monitor time clocks for onsite where applicable (identify/resolve missed punches)
• Rate changes are monitored and updated for accuracy.
• Reconciliation report responsibility
• Run and provide customer requested reports for onsite.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• High-level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage
• High-level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal direct supervision
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software suite
• Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce such as Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc
• A commitment to driving the Indeed Flex mission: to help people get jobs, instantly

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 2 or more years of previous work within a staffing company or in onsite operations
• Experience in light industrial, call center, or office automation
• Client facing communication experience.
