As a Senior IT Systems Support Analyst you will support, manage, and enhance our IT systems infrastructure—keeping our production moving, employee’s technology up, running, and secure.
What You Will Do:
• Manage and maintain desktop/laptop hardware, software, and standardized system images, including updates and patches.
• Lead Windows, Office, and client application deployments in partnership with engineering and development teams.
• Maintain SLAs for incident and service requests and ensure accurate inventory of all end user computing devices.
• Monitor system performance, strengthen endpoint security, and respond to critical cybersecurity events.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure service quality and technology alignment.
• Research, recommend, and integrate new technologies to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior support staff.
What We Look For:
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, including Technical Support Analyst experience
• Expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and scripting tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, operating systems, and networking
• Ability to provide strong customer service including written and verbal communication
• Solid understanding of network concepts and IT best practices
• Proven ability to deliver effective, client-focused IT solutions
• Motivated to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
What We Offer:
The base salary range for this position is $54,000 to $89,000 annually, with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.

QualificationsEducation: Associate's Degree or equivalent
Years of Related Experience: 5 - 8 years related experience with minimum of 2 years as Technical Support Analyststrongly preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Advanced proficiency in the operation of a personal computer in a Windows environment toinclude the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; intermediate proficiency with numeric data analysis; intermediateinterpersonal and communication skills; advanced knowledge in network concepts, practices, procedures and deviceintegration to network; intermediate presentation skills; demonstrated strong ability to effectively understand andrespond to client issues with effective IS/IT solutions; demonstrated self-motivation for staying abreast of emergingtechnologies; in-depth knowledge of trouble-shooting and break/fix activities for desktop and laptop computingplatforms, including standard hardware, operating system standard applications, networking protocols, andinfrastructure environment; demonstrated ability to drive a motor vehicle.
