Principal Associate, Process Management - Ra Team

The Ra team is looking for a process manager.  Ra is a customer system of record within Consumer Data, which is the foundation for providing delightful, consistent customer experiences across Capital One and achieving our vision of real-time intelligence in our products. We’re passionate about building platform software for the next generation of data science at Capital One and are looking for someone excited to build new capabilities that unlock the ability to serve customers a more meaningful experience while keeping their data safe.

In this role, you will:

• Review / approve access requests

• Perform monthly and quarterly data attestations

• Support weekly onboarding and new intent processes with platform consumers

• Contribute in the creation of centralized training documentation for tech teams and data consumers

• Support and contribute to data management initiatives and deliver target state features

Who you are:

• A process manager who is comfortable building out and executing Enterprise-wide projects, including a track record of successful change management

• Fungible professional who is able to partner seamlessly with Product, Marketing & Operations stakeholders 

• Able to communicate to a variety of stakeholders, excellent communication, strong meeting facilitation and collaboration, solid attention to detail and high quality of work deliverables

• Ability to challenge the status quo, make recommendations and gain buy-in from stakeholders

• Ability to optimize experiences to meet end user and business needs

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 3 years of Project or Process Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NPI and Privacy data rules

• Certifications like Certified Kaizen Leader, LEAN, Six Sigma or PMP
